I think I killed myself of cute while working on this. It's not very often I get giddy over my own drawings. XD
Featuring the Eleventh Doctor and River Song, the mother of my OTPs. Damn I love these two. The idea behind this is inspired by a combo of the TARDIS in the clouds from "The Snowmen" and the mega short "Rain Gods" extra on the 7th series boxset. Rain Gods is a measly minute and a half, yet I've watched it a million times, and it's the happiest thing ever. No one dies or gets upset and not drama. Just pure love between the Doctor and River being their normal bickering married couple selves.
Congrats Moffat, you made something not depressing or whatever that rips your heart out and puts it in the blender. *The original idea came from Neil Gaiman, but the script featured just Amy and Rory. I'm happy it went to River because she needs more screen time with her sweetie. 
I really hope I did alright with this, as it's my first time drawing real life characters/people. It's times like this I really wish I could do realism, but I do what I can. lol I'm also on effin' huge Matt Smith high. Kind of going through fandom sad times since he just barely finished filming his regeneration in the Christmas special and is now officially finished.
Not sure if I'm going to fix up anything since this was mostly to get back into practice to start on gift art I owe.
Cheated on the TARDIS and used a vector that I tweaked.

You did a great job on River's hair. I'm not surprised Zima enjoyed this drawing so much. She does love the Doctor and River together after all, and I'm glad you have that in common with each other.
